Kayaking Teenagers in Distress on the Upper Klamath Over Labor Day Weekend in Need of Rescue

A few high school teenagers kayaking the Upper Klamath over Labor Day weekend became hypothermic and in need of RCWC's help after losing their kayaks to the river.
